Chest - 52 inches
Abdomen - 47 inches
Hips - 45 inches
Thigh - 25 inches
Calf - 17 inches
Bicep - 15 inches.....
And here's where it is today
Chest - 51 inches
Abdomen - 46 inches
Hips - 45 inches
Thigh -24 inches
Calf - 17 inches
Bicep - 15 inches
Not bad, no gains and inches lost.... thats what you want to see.
Not doing the pond tonight, heading up the road instead for a few klicks and walking instead of jogging. Give the ol' feet and knees a wee break!
